zExplorer not launching

Whenever I try to launch zExplorer, my cursor changes briefly and then nothing.
I've tried uninstalling (and cleaning the registry and deleting the directory) and reinstalling, but no good.

Any suggestions?

Go to your Control Panels, then select Administrative Tools, then run the Services control panel. Scroll down and look for the LicCtl service. Make sure this service is enabled and running. This service is needed to run zExplorer.
