Simutronics login support gone?
 
I just performed a fresh install and can now no longer find the Simutronics login options. Only available is custom logins and the Mud Connector information. How can one log in to a Simu game?

The character icons are stored in the file "startup.ini" in the main zMUD directory. Try copying this file from your backup into your current directory.

If you didn't make a backup and keep it handy, then open startup.ini (or create it, if it's not present) and copy the following lines into the file, save, and start up zMUD:

Host=eaccess.play.net|DR
Port=7900


Alternatively, you can recreate the icon manually in the Characters window (the one that opens after the splash screen. Press the "New" button. For "Host", type in "eaccess.play.net|DR", and the port is 7900. Populate the rest of the fields under the MUD tab, and the FILES tab to your liking and preferences.
