Transferring maps

Hello all, I'm stumped.

I'm trying to copy a map created with the automapper on one machine to another licensed copy of zMUD (same version) on another machine. I do this because I mud from two different machines, and would like to be able to copy the map back and forth as it grows while I'm playing.

I've tried the "Save AS" from the file menu of the mapper, but I get the error, "Could not copy map to D:mudszmud[mudname][mapname].mdb" Where mapname is the name of my character, then it says, "Loading [mudname].mdb."

I tried copying the whole [mudname] subfolder to the other machine, but when I try to open the map on the other machine, I get the error:
"Unrecognized database format 'C:[path to zmudfolder][mudname][mudname].mdb"
And the mapper never finishes opening.

How would I go about getting this to work? Any ideas?

Perhaps you have two different versions of the database system installed on those computers? Might want to check that out and upgrade if necessarily.

I'm dnburrow. I couldn't log into that account for some reason, so I created a new one.

I'll check, but they were all installed within one day of each other from the same link on the site. I just found out about zMud, and after one day of trying it out, I loved it, so I registered that day, and installed it on the other machine, and liscenced it there as well... Hrmmm....

Anyone else have any ideas?
