ACX Server July Patch Calibration Values |
Automatic Calibration seemed to work for me on Frostfell. I haven't had a chance to go out and about and see if it's smooth or jumpy yet, but here's what I have so far........
Direct Box Is Checked
Location: 005E24F0
Offset: (blank)
Heading: 00764830
Enjoy!

Going out and about showed those values to be very jumpy for me. Trial and error showed these values to be working somewhat better. Let me know if they're working right for all of you.

Everything else is the same as the previous post.

Many thanks.
The Location: 005D34F4 is working for me on Solcaim and without any of the jerkiness that I have had for the last few months. |

A little more info.
On VT this location and heading is the camera. When I zoom out, the tracking follows the camera. So if you center the camera over your head it will be the exact location. |

I think this is the same across all servers.
I'm not sure wwhats been happening these last few months, but I think it has something to do with the most recently moved mobile, (which is often yourself) however I've been stood still and all of a sudden seen (on my ACX) the arrow jump and move in accordance to a monster coming to attack me. Very unusal behaviour!
Well I'm happy to stick with the camera for now, as I have it in over the shoulder view most of the time anyway :)
Thanks for the post!

Thanks for the info on these boards. Coords worked for me on Override, and no jerkiness this month, either. :)

Glad to hear that it's working well for everyone. I had no idea it was the camera that we were tracking! Thanks for that tidbit Shidobu!
