ZML schema ? |
Is there any plans for a ZML DTD, or, better a ZML schema so that you will be able to design and validate your documents in XML editing tools such as XML Spy getting most benefit from their features ?

Well, looks like I messed the part about the DTD in the doc ... Yet, I would still be interrested in a schema.

Yep....the answer is yes. I'm waiting until I've done more development before doing a schema but I definitely want this as well-defined and standard as possible so people can use existing tools (unlike what Microsoft is doing and inventing their own XML variation for this kind of application development).
I still am new to a lot of this and don't have the terminology down yet. So, when I mentioned doing a DTD, I was also referring to what you call a "schema" as well. Basically, whatever files are needed to validate an XML document. |
