Some new license auto-renew error
 
I have browsed the forums and FAQs for some time, but I didn't see
this error mentioned anywhere, I get it when clicking "Get License":

Retrieval of license failed with error core = -3.
Error on license servers.
===

Do I need to wait, or do I need to ping someone about it, or is there
any other known way around this issue?

I have recieved this same problem.
Most annoying!

If there's an error on the license servers, then you probably need to wait a while and then try again. All sites encounter problems from time to time, but hopefully they don't last long.

This is what the FAQ at the eLicense site says:

Unusual. Indicates a problem with the data returned from the license server. This may be remedied by correct proxy settings. Sometimes it can be caused by the presence of personal firewall software on the computer. Contact us using this Support Form link. Please provide exact details on the steps leading up to the error occuring.


So, it appears you need to either correct your proxy/firewall settings or contact eLicense. (use support@elicense.com to email them)
