newbie needing trigger help

okay, i need an autoheal script. if anyone can help with this, the command with be "'heal" (without the quotations) and, for when the HP variable (which i dont know how to set) it below 90 hp. thanks if ya can help

Gonna need a lot more information than that Sazdy.
What does your prompt look like for starters, or more specifically, how do you display your HP?
That'll ease things along a little. |
