Slow initialization

For some strange reason, when I attempt to open some characters, Zmud takes more than a minute to process and finally complete the command. However, when I attempt to open others, it takes less than a second. I imagine this may be from the complexity and size of the settings, but more than a minute is a long time. Is this normal?

If you have a map that is loading at the char startup it will slow things down, if you dont have a fast computer anyway. Other than that I guess a huge database would also slow it down a bit.

Thing is, I have no maps or databases to my knowledge. I do however, have some wild coding in a few of my classes. Would that slow it down -that- much?
