problems getting a user ID

i have recived my order ID but keep getting an error 501 message
retieval of liscense failed with error 501
this order ID was not found on the liscense servers
- you may have entered an incorrect order id. please verify that you entered the correct order number and try again.
- this order ID may not have been regivesterd on the liscense database yet. please wait a few minutes and try again.
can anyone offer me any idea's as to what the problem is?
i have entered the order id exactly as it says on the order screen and keep getting this error message. |
