Next block of text turns green after running alias

When ever I use an alias, the next bunch of text, not just the first line. All of it turns green. After that, it goes back to normal. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Any alias, or a specific one?
If it's any alias, it's probably something in your preferences and most likely in the color preferences.
If it's a specific alias, it's probably something in the script for that alias.
