Is there anyway I can make an alias case sensitive? |

And is it possible to include wild cards in aliases?
ie.
#alias {test * %d} {do %1;#variable blah {%2}} |

Use ONIPUT its really a trigger but it will do what you want.
#oninput {test (*) (%d)} {do %1;#variable blah %2} "" {case}
