Strange bug with automapper

Ok, moved the bug to a specific thread, made additional research:
In a mud with descs like that:
Entrance to the MUD University [Room 1] (code: tufprbab)
In front of you is the entrance to the Winds of Change mud University.
Once you enter you will learn many things that will help you on your way
through the mud. If you go south you will enter the training field and you
can start the carnage!

[Exits: north (D)south down]
A SIGN hangs here, attracting attention.
(Shining) A large fire burns in a large, round firepit here.

I get mistake of this kind:
When I try to pass already existing room twice, the mapper sorta freezes, like it has not identified the room. (No room transit is occured, the direction command stays in queue). Sometimes it allows to idenify the new location with #find command, sometimes not. Needless to say, I'm considerably boggled... Oh, and I had mistaken in the last post - it freezes in both follow and edit modes.
I have #tag and onroomcreate scripts, but they do not affect this bug - it "hangs" with everything off too.
Oh yea, it has occured rather resently, I mean in later versions. It worked fine before. And it works fine on other mud I play, which has other syntax. (I don't use any tags there, btw).
And I alrady tried to reconfigure. I tried everything. Can it be bug with some other, not mapper settings?
