%mapfilter and Roomflags

What is the correct syntax to get hold of the "User defined string" ( %roomflags( ) ) in the following:
#NOOP %mapfilter( %concat( "[Roomflags] = '", @zonename, "'"))
The above doesn't work.
Also, if someone has a quick reference text for what room-fields are called through the %mapfilter command I'd really appreciate it if you shared it. :)
