color items in a picklist

This should be possible but I cant find a way to do it.

Im setting up a picklist using the #pick command.

I want the list items to be different colours when the picklist opens. Yellow for desert locations, green for forest. That kind of thing. The list will be large so this will help me find the right items faster. Im talking about the actual list not the command being colored when I send to the game. Cant find a syntax to put around the {item} that will color it.

No, #PICK doesn't appear to support altering the color of items in its list.
