No, you can't get rid of it. Why not put the macro in a Speed Menu setting instead?

Well, you can set a speed menu item to be the default when you double-right-click. With this option, you wouldn't need to select from the menu.

i was trying to use it as a one click targeting system with an array of different combat moves all targetting %selword, i was before using an alias to set a variable @target and using that as my focus, i guess ill have to use the double click to set the target using the word...
ok i got the alias into the speedmenu and it works, mut rhe default double click option is grayed out in the settings editor, how do i fix that? |

You have to first uncheck the "Use last selected item as default action" and save the settings.
