Replace in Datebase

Hi

I have made me a database wish hold all of my kills, with 3 fields, Level, Mobname and Exp, but my data is getting very long, so is there a way so I can keep my kills for every level down to 10 mobs, but it has to be the mobs that gives most exp, Like when I kill a mob it checks the exp gain to the lowerst exp in the database and replace that but in the same level, I hope this make any sense ;)

btw. why doenst the database save its fils as a *.mdb, I use 7.04 and I know it use to do it in a older version, has it been change ?
