23 0 error starting up zmud 7

I had zmud 7 running fine. It crashed (due to my crappy computer) and then when I restarted my computer and ran zmud, I got:
Sorry, could not get a license at this time.
Please try running this program later.

Do I have to contact elicense or is there an easy way to fix this? (like uninstall and reinstall)

You have to contact eLicense at support@elicense.com and get a copy of their diagnostic program that will rebuild the elicense database on your computer. There is no other way.
