No one seems to have a clue about this so Im comming to the answer men. Ok when I type W or E or whatever I get open east; e. I was thinking I had a stray ailias or trigger somewhere, but it still happens when I disable all triggers and ailiases. Someone tell me they know what the problem is all this extra text is killing me.

It's possible you have your mapper up. If you have the mapper on follow mode and try to go east, if there's a door to the east of the "current position" on the map, it will automatically send the "open <whatever>" command to open the door before sending the movement command.

Definitely sounds like the automapper. I have noticed with my automapper that even if i have set the automapper to off, on occassions it still performs extra actions i.e open door etc.
I have to actually turn it back to follow mode and then off again and it seems to stop it.
Any reasons this good be happening or is it something that should be happening?

Bingo! Thats what was causing the problem. Any idea on how to get the automapper to not start up when you connect?

If you're using a saved layout, then overwrite it by closing the mapper and saving the layout.

If you aren't using a layout, all you should need to do is close the mapper before you quit.
