Window Problem + Split screen ?

I have a slight problem that's probably an easy fix but I can't seem to find the option.
In the main window I right-clicked on the screen, Selected "Window Options", the unclicked "Show MUD Output" (by mistake) and now I can't get the screen to come back up. All it lists now is the command prompt and my buttons. I can't bring the window back by right-clicking and can't find how to change it in the option menus.
Also my screen no longer splits when I scroll - I dragged the split screen line down to see some text and brought it down all the way to the bottom. Now it's gone and I can't bring it back up to the middle of the screen.

Click on the Prefs button. In General, enable the MUD Output option.
