Horizons bug
 
Since upgrading to 4.16 the 'latitude' co-ordinate is inverted. This makes adding new items impossible as zExplorer inverts the co-ordinate I enter.

Hmm, you are correct. It looks like zExplorer is adding a - to the Y coordinate. I'll try to get an update for this later today. Thanks for the report!
