XP Support?

Although not advertized to work with Windows XP, I decided to try the latest beta version. I have used zmud before on a much older PC (Win95) and loved it. However, there appears to be a problem with the latest version under XP. It works fine for a single character, but if I connect multiple characters simultaneously, it causes the system to crash. It takes 5-20 minutes for the crash to occur, and happens faster as the number of characters logged on increases. Unfortunately, this makes multi-character play impossible. It is not related to triggers or aliases (I can turn them off and still crash). It does not appear to be a memory availability problem (512 RAM with nothing but zMUD running). Are there any plans for XP support to be developed in the near-future?

zMud supports and is tested on XP. The most common cause of problems when using zMud with XP is a bad ethernet card driver. This problem is corrected by checking with the card manufacturer for updated drivers.
