Relicensing problems

I sent an e-mail to Zuggsoft, and haven't gotten a reply yet, so I'll see if I have any luck here.
I've never had any problems with the registration of my license of zMUD which I've purchased last year. I have zMUD registered on two desktops of mine, as well as my laptop. However, I recently got a new computer and wanted to put zMUD on it. The license expired on my older of the two desktops, and the computer was not able to connect to the internet for some time now anyhow, so I tried to register it on my new desktop.
I got this message:
Unable to get or install a license
Retrieval of license failed with error code= 18.
Relicensing is not allowed. The availability of licenses for this Order ID has expired.
Since the time I sent that e-mail, that older computer has been reformatted and I'll be tinkering to get it back onto the internet. So zMUD doesn't exist on its HD anymore.
Any ideas? |
