[1.22] Rm properties Exits tab loses functionality

I was modifying and cleaning up a bunch of exits in my maps and when I switched zones with the exits tab selected, the fields no longer seemed to respond. They were frozen. Room name and description refreshed just fine, but I had to close and open the properties window whenever I changed zones if I wanted to fiddle with the exits. The appearance tab and other probably don't refresh either as I noticed a similar problem with zmud6.66 and room color. But.. I didn't check.
