#say or #echo in different window.

Let's say I #capture some events into a different window (tells, gossips etc.) But what if I want to send my own text to that separate window?

Is it possible to #echo or #say things to that separate window?

Thanks :)

Check the #window command.
Syntax: #win <WindowName> "<String>"

Yes, it is possible. Commands can be sent to another window using the focus character, as explained in the help topic, Introduction to Multiplaying. The default focus character is a colon :.

#WINDOW doesn't evaluate the string, so it won't work for sending commands. It is useful for sending text though.
