Cost to move through an exit?

There currently is a way to make it so that when calculating the fastest path, it takes into a count that it will take longer to go through a particular room. This is nice for water filled rooms that I have to part, or swim through, which takes extra time.

However, there are cases where you climb over an obstruction if you go in a certain direction, or you lose balance for going through a worm hole and have to wait before you move again. Going through the actual room itself and moving in another direction doesn't take the extra time, it's going through a particular exit.

So, the idea. :) Perhaps in addition to Cost to move into room, there could be an extra Cost to move through exit added to the exit screen, where you would enter a number.
