Timers.
 
I'd like to set up some kind of timer; i.e. count down timer on
how long an invisibility spell lasts so I'll know how much time I
have to "get the hell out of there" before the spell wears off.

Can this sort of thing be done and if so can it be activated by trigger?

Also, I know how to have that "beep" sound go off when, for example, some sends me a tell message. I'd like to have Zmud use some sounds
I have on my HD instead. How does this work?

Yes, it can be done, assuming you have a reasonably accurate idea of how long the spell lasts. Yes, it can be activated by trigger. It usually involves adding -1 (or -2, -5, etc) to a variable at fixed/triggered intervals.

Use #PLAY for sounds on your HD.
