I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach someone at ZMud. I purchased 6.62 back on July 23 and used it at home and work for over a month and then all of a sudden it just disappeared from my computer. I uninstalled it and redownloaded it again and still nothing. There is absolutely no files in my ELicense folder either in my control panel. It's like it doesn't exist even though the ZMud folder is still in my programs list. I have written 3 times to support@zuggsoft.com with no response to date. It has been over a month since I first reported the problem. Is there anyone out there who can help me? My email is squidword2001@hotmail.com

Sounds like you turned off the LicCtrl service.

We never got your emails. You might want to check your email provider and make sure it is working. Also, be sure your email does not contain lots of fancy HTML tables or graphics. Spam is a real problem these days and we get over 10,000 spam messages per day. It's possible our spam filter is deleting your message.
We searched our email database and found a message from you about a year ago, but nothing recently. |

I have the license folder in ELicense on my computer at work..but when I click on it..nothing happens..it doesn't open up. I can't access ZMud at all from either computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it at least twice on each computer and still nothing.
