can i wait in miliseconds? something like alarm +0.5? or only seconds?

#ALARM +0.5 {do action} to do the action in half a second just once.
I think solid alarms are in second intervals only

he think i want to do is to make an action after 1.8 milisecons liker this #alarm +1.8 {matar people} is thisposible or only after half second? or multiples?
