eLicense servers are back up |
The main eLicense servers are now back up. You should now be able to renew your license if it expired, or get a license for a new purchase.

I'm still having problems getting a license...
It says my internet connection is okay, then:
Unable to get or install license
Retrieval of license failed with error code = -3
Error on license servers.
Is this something on my end or am I right in thinking the servers aren't working?

Ive rebooted I dont know how many times. I am still getting the above error. Anyone have any suggestions? Or am I just sol for the time being?

I'm not seeing any problems here, but if your local ISP doesn't do DNS updates properly then it might not have the new IP address for eLicense yet. Since I don't know what the error -3 means, I suggest you email eLicense directly at support@elicense.com.
