Saving into Printable format

How do I save my Map zones so I can print them out, or save them into a *.jpg or *.pdf format?

the mapper saves automatically when you close it down
with your mapper open
you see the row of commands:file edit view zone actions config help
choose zone, the drop down list will show you a picture of a printer and the word print next to it
