Database issues & What of older zMUD vers?

First off...

Since 6.62 is coming across to me as still unstable and very buggy, I'm concerned as to why I can't seem to find any *older* versions of zMUD. It'd be nice for those of us who enjoyed - say the 5.55 version - to double back if we don't have the file anymore.

With this said... I'm becoming less happy with 6.62
I'm not sure if this Database issue IS releated to bugs in 6.62, but i can't seem to figure *why* it won't work!

In the database console I made a database called planets. I saved it as planets.db.
I made some keys and put some records in. The console shows everything just fine and peachy... BUT

I try this:
#DBLOAD planets (also tried planets.db)
#SHOW %find(SomePlanetName, All)

and I get nothing. A blank line. Yes, SomePlanetName is a real planet name under planet_name key.
Even so, I tried this:

#SHOW %find(SomePlantName,All|planets,planet_name) (and i did All|planets.db)

Still a blank line. It SHOULD give me 2pl as a record.

So I went further.

#DBRESET
#DBFIRST
#SHOWDB

This should now show me the key-value pairs for 0pl, right?
Well I even did:
#SHOWDB {0pl}

Nothing.

The data is there in the console.

Why isn't it showing?
