I'm using an old test version (5.55), and running low on days. However, before I purchase, I'd like to see if Zmud can pull something off for me. I'm trying to create an alias that will accept
"Hmmmm. Why is everything so complicated to figure out?(newline)"
but will NOT except
"Hmmm. Why is everything so complicated to figure out?(Any number of spaces/tabs)".
I've tried a few things, such as
"Hmmmm. Why is everything so difficult to figure out~??{^%s}",
I even tried just having
"Hmmmm. Why is everything so difficult to figure out?"
and having it check to see if any number of whitespaces followed inside the trigger, however, it didn't seem to work correctly. I believe I had this as the If statement in the trigger
#IF %ends(%trigger "%s") {#GAG} {eat goldenseal}
And this just gagged everything, including the one I wanted it to eat goldenseal on.

Did you want "complicated" or "difficult"?
Don't use #GAG while you're trying to debug a trigger. You can't debug it very well if you don't see what's triggering it.
