Zmud 6.62 problem

I am on Win 98 se, I was on normal Win 98 and it worked fine, but after I had to reformat I tried to run zmud 6.62 and it loads up the white menu with the agreement and crashes everything. I cant get any version 6 and up of zmud working passed that point. Right now im stuck with zmud 5.55. Let me know if there is anyway to fix this.
