6.61/6.61 buggy map?

Hurm I just started to have this problem in 6.61 and upgraded to 6.62 but still this did nothing to fix it. Well this problem (I think) comes from something to do with the map. When I start up zmud I can't really do anything until I load the map once, then reload it. After that I cannot use the map unless I shrink the whole screen and have no other windows, then I can see the map over my desktop. When this bug occurs I can't switch to any other windows, IE explorer, outlook unless I go to desktop completly then bring them up. This is extremly annoying. Also as soon as this started to happen some sites in explorer started to load EXTREMLY slowly and it started underlining links which it should not do. This is extremly weird, I think I shall try reinstalling from scratch, I shall let you know how that goes.
