zMud and wireless problems

I've got aliases defined with multiple commands. These are just directions to certain areas. When I'm using a a wireless connection to my cable modem, it would execute the first command, and then boot me out of the mud, after freezing for a bit. I've never had this problem with a wireline connection. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Try looking for newer drivers for the wireless card and see if that fixes it.

Does this error happen when you upload data as well like a webpage? Also how many commands do you send in one of those aliases, and what version of zMUD are you using? Have you experienced this earlier with this configuration?

From your message it sounds like it has worked once, and in that case did this begin after an upgrade of zMUD? If that is the case it could be a bug in the client.

Is the connection from you to the mud fast? If it is a "slow" connection it could be a blocking socket error but I think that is unlikely though.

It doesn't happen when I'm surfing the web, reading emails, etc. I'm sending an average of 10 commands in one alias. It works in a wireline configuration. It works part of the time in the wireless configuration. I say part of the time because, the alias to go to an area works, but the alias to return from there doesn't.

Check the drivers still. This issue is sometimes due to problems with the drivers. A telnet connection is not like a connection used for the web, so it would not happen while surfing the web. It is also possible that older versions work fine because newer versions are faster which makes a problem that already existed, but was hidden, to start manifesting itself.
