Licensing Problem on 6.64
 
It seems i can't license 6.64 it says i'm not connected to the internet, I have no trouble licensing 6.16 tho so it's not a proxy/firewall problem. Can someone help?

The latest version Zugg has released is 6.62. You probably won't be able to license 6.64 for a long time.

If you aren't connected to the internet, connect. If you are connected to the internet, but eLicense can't detect the connection, it almost certainly is a proxy/firewall problem regardless of whether 6.16 is affected or not.

It might be that the eLicense software is simply unable to contact the eLicense site, since it seems to be offline at the moment. However, this would also affect 6.16.

The error number would be helpful.

Oops i meant 6.62 (typo). And nope it wasn't firewall or proxy because i don't have a firewall and i don't use proxy either. I guess whichever remote serve it was trying to connect to was down at that time because i was able to license it a couple of hours later. Thanks for the reply anyway.

(It was error code -10.)
