Trouble Creating New Class Folder in Settings |
I am currently using ver 6.62 on a WinXP comp. The problem I'm experiencing is that every time I attempt to rename a newly created class folder in the settings editor, it gives me an "Access Violation at Address 00403422 in module 'Zmud.exe'. Read of Address 59595A9C (sometimes 3136362F or FFFFFFDD)" that keep piling up after I click one off. I'm not sure as to why this started occuring. I've attempted to uninstall, unlicense, reinstall, delete settings, delete everything Zmud uses, to no avail. Would appreciate any help available.
Thanks,

Try doing the same thing in a blank character (hit ESC at the character selection screen), and see if the error comes up too.

Unfortunately, I am still receiving the error message even with the blank character.

Strange. What are the exact steps you take to reproduce this?

Settings Button, Edit, New, Class Folder, click blank class folder, get it to the point where it shows the folder and a blank name box which allows you to enter in the name of it, enter a name in, try to save it. I just attempted to retake the steps to make it happen and it gave me the error message again after saving and while I was clicking on another item in the main folder.
