Problem auto-renewing license

Last night my license auto-expired after 90 days, yet after trying to auto-renew it, it said that all licenses are in use and I cannot renew it. I went to bed, then when I woke up, I rebooted and tried again.

Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem might be?

This sounds very odd. You should email support@zuggsoft.com with this problem. Be sure to provide as much information as possible, including version and OS information.

Alright, I've done this now. Hopefully I'll get a response some time soon. I'm going through MUD withdrawals!! ;)

While waiting for my response email, I tried to renew the license again and got a "-12" error code instead of the "-17" error code I had gotten before. "-12" isn't even listed in the eLicense FAQ, so I have no idea what it means. Trying it again right after that, I get "-17" once more. Strangeness abounds.
