There's no need to delete zMUD. Just open the character (offline is probably best), go to the settings editor by clicking the Triggers button, then select the triggers you don't want and delete them. After you finish, click the Aliases button and delete any aliases you don't want.
If the unwanted aliases and triggers are in their own folders, this should only take a few minutes. Even if they are in the same folder with aliases and triggers you do want, it shouldn't take long. You'll have added all of them at the same time, so just make sure the Editor's View/Sort by... menu is set to None and they should all be in a block. Your original triggers/aliases should come before them and any you've added since will be at the end. You can select the whole block by clicking on the first one you want to delete, then holding the SHIFT key click on the last one.
If you do reinstall zMUD, there's no need to pay a second time. Just make a note of your registration number (Order ID) before unlicensing it. Do remember to unlicense before deleting or reinstalling.
