Alias speedwalk to a room

is there a way to setup an alias that will have you speedwalk to a room using the mapper speedwalk.
Currently I have to right click on the favorite and hit speedwalk.
would be much easier to just type
gotofood and have it auto speedwalk me there.
I know you can setup speedwalk paths like
.n8ws but I want this alias to go from where ever I am on the map.
