Multiple Mud Windows

Hello there,
How do I play two muds at once, and have them in different tabbed windows..?
Whenever I have one mud open, and click on CHAR to click on another Mud, the current mud window closes, a blank screen pops up, flickers, and two error msgs appear (first one is too fast to read, something like 'Error opening layout file', second one is 'Cannot focus a disabled or invisible Window').
Could someone explain how to fix this..?

You can't have two layouts open at once. Either remove the layout from both characters, or save the layout of one of the characters with both windows open.
