Trying to install license

We purchased a license for ZMUD on our primary computer. We installed it on our secondary computer, but are unable to get the license to install. We get the error "Retrieval of license code failed with error code =-12." I don't have a browser on that pc, so I can't do the offline license. I am online and got the license number from the elicense folder in the Control Panel on the primary pc.
Any help would be very much appreciated. |

BTW, to clarify things a little further, I do not have a firewall or any antivirus program on the pc in question either.
