WinXP, zmud 6.53, and "advanced task switcher"

The problem occurs when I have zmud running with one window open, and I start to alt-tab. One application available is zmud 6.53, and shows a screenshot of the foreground window of zmud properly. another is simply labled "zmud", whose screenshot is a black rectangle, with lines and areas of transparency. selecting this task gets it to display the window, however, the focus is elsewhere, only the menubar reacts to mouseover, and the cursor doesn't change.
