Colorizing entire line

Manbeast gossips 'this is what I am saying, blah blah'
How can I colorize that entire line, or anything else with blah gossips '?
#TR {gossips '} {%CW red %trigger} or somethign?

You want to use #CO
Like this:
#TR {gossips '} {#CO red}
