Unlicensing prob 6.4

Have Zmud 6.4 installed on Windows XP.
When trying to unlicence it so I can upgrade - it returns the following error
First Stage of unlicensing could not complete!
Unlicense pending failed with error code 31.
The system identifier used to generate the licence for this system cannot be retrieved.
The license cannot be unlicensed.
(I had trouble uninstalling 6.16 last time and it still shows up in elicence control as unlicensed, don't know if that's relevant)
Someone please point me in the right direction :) |
