the online help is rather unreliable. if i remember correctly ( i haven't been able to open it either in a while) its the same as the helpfiles you can open with zmud.

Figure out the problem... DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE NEW Java runtime thingy... mess up all of the applets site I used.. hey, on the plus side, easy to uninstall and as a result, fix

Well, actually, the help file in zMUD is a bit more updated than the one in the website.
