Zmud over Remote Connection |
I loged into my computer from work, using remote connecting through win2000, and fired up zmud (during lunch hour of course :) ) Ready as i was for some muding i was greated with this message; "This product is not enabled for remote sessions" ; next to the Powered by eLicense Systems. So i shut zmud down and used a crappy java client. I dont want to install zmud at work. Anyone know how to enable zmud of remote connection?
Best Regards
Santel

You can't, and it's likely never to change.

Use something other than remote desktop to connect? (WinVNC works, and it's free.)
The reason that e-License won't let remote desktop work is because it(remote desktop) is a crippled version of Terminal services. If they allow it to be used with Remote Desktop, it can be used by Terminal Services as well, and then 100(or 1000, or more!) people could use it on one license. |
