why is zmud sending newline

6.16 didnt have this problem, but starting with the betas, around 6.32 and continuing to 6.34, zmud is now emulating a newline after my mud prompt. for example, before traveling through 5 rooms would look like this.

5n
Do: starting commands.
-HP:170 EP:170- The Plains(w, n, e and s)
-HP:170 EP:170- The Plains(w, n, e and s)
-HP:170 EP:170- The Plains(w, n, e and s)
-HP:170 EP:170- The Plains(w, n, e and s)
-HP:170 EP:170- The Plains(w, n, e and s)
-HP:170 EP:170-
Do: Commands completed.

now, it looks like this...i've tried checking and unchecking everything i can to figure this out, it's quite annoying.

Blame it on the non-conformist telnet coders. There's an option in Preferences about this, but I don't recall what it's called.

Check the things under view->preferences->general, click on general, click on emulation.

Play with [x] Strict Telnet or [x] Use GA/EOR
perhaps as starters.
