[1.02] #NOOP

Launch CMud
Close Sessions Window
Enter "#NOOP" into the command line

Causes an untrapped exception and immediate full crash, most likely because of the missing parameter. I haven't yet tested other commands for this same type of failure.

This bug is confirmed to still exist in 1.02. I will edit the title as well.

Came across this same error when using #GAG (without parameters) from the command line as well, immediate crash (access violation) with no chance to feedback.
