#makeroom causing Access Violation

I'm trying to write a script to map a small area with exits that change each day. My problem is that #make causes an access violation if a room already exists where the created room would be placed. For example, if I do:

#make e;#make nw;#make s

the '#make s' will cause the error: "Error parsing command: Access violation at address 0070FA49 in module 'Zmud.exe'. Read of address 00000018"

Can anyone offer a fix or a workaround for this problem?

Thanks,
Rob
